MN101 BLACK  LINE  FOLLOWING  ROBOT

DESCRIPTION :-
    The  robot is programmed by sensor which watches the ground to detect the difference between the black of the ring and white of the ring perimeter. That will make the robot walk a line and horseshoe provided to adjust speedy in light detection. The lighting on LED is on when circuit work. Then the light from LED will object the ground which reflects to LDR. If the light is not reflected to LDR, the circuit will not work. The robot walk a following line when that side has light reflect to LDR.
    The circuit consists mainly of resisters to control current and bias the transistors two PNP transistor T2-T4, and two NPN transistors T1-T3, and sensors SE1,SE2 to drive the circuit.  The resister R1-R6 are used for biasing the sensor SE1 and SE2 respectively, R2-R3 is used to bias transister T1 and R4-R5 are used to bias the transister T2, as well as R7-R8 are used to bias transister T3 and R9-R10 are used to bias transister T4. The preset are used to adjust the sensitivity of the LDR which is used here as a sensor. Further the two NPN transistors T2 and T4 drives the motors attached to the circuit to provide the motion to the robot as guided by the sensors. the complete circuit operates on 3V supply.
    The circuit operates on the track of white and black line, the light of LED is reflected from the black colour of line and reflection falls on the sensor i.e. LDR, as the light falls on LDR the resistance decreases which makes the transister to conduct and accordingly makes other transister forward bias to run the motor. The motor runs on the track of black line as the light doesnot reflect from the white line. Thus robot follows the black line and doesnot cross over the line as the white path does not reflect the light.
